They are only accessible to others if the if authorized account users make them available via various exchange methods utilized by Applied Answers, Inc. FileGenius™ sites employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that shields your files from internet search engine bots and other forms of site analysis and information retrieval.
We will not share any of your company or personal information or data with any of our partners or vendors. It is our policy to protect your information from all types of loss, misuse, or alteration. Any artwork files or documents submitted will be treated with respect and the utmost care. However, we remind all customers that no electronic transaction is ever 100% guaranteed secure or trouble-free.
There are places and situations within the Applied Answers, Inc. and FileGenius™ systems that may require your personal information from time to time. Personal information may include but is not limited to your first and last name, company, email address, bill to address, ship to address, phone number, fax number, credit card number and credit card expiration date.

Applied Answers, Inc. utilizes sophisticated technology for Internet security. In order to access a file transfer, the specified receiver is authenticated with a unique user name and password or via the single-use direct link/email pass in combination with the corresponding email address. Every file transaction is automatically logged in a database and log with the receiver’s IP address for audit purposes. Additionally, Applied Answers, Inc. is hosted in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
